Former Hollywood Casting Director, Clair Sinnett, has worked with a widely diverse roster of new talent as well as stars like Keanu Reeves, James Earl Jones, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, TR Knight, Alyssa Milano…Clair has been on the faculty and/or founded the TV/Film Acting programs for University of California Irvine, Ball State University, Auburn University, South Coast Repertory Conservatory, New York’s Playwrights Horizon Theater School, American Academy of Dramatic Arts/West and the Television Academy of Arts & Sciences Repertory Group, to name a few. She holds her IMTA Acting, TV/Film Acting & Audition Workshops coast to coast, Canada and Europe, maintaining associations with numerous colleges and professional performing arts schools.

Clair has directed and/or produced over 100 theater productions and has served on numerous founding boards such as The Black Theater Troupe, The Janus Gay Theater Company, The National Academy of Ballet and Real to Reel Productions. Sinnett has been the Artistic Director for Hollywood’s The Hollywood Actors Theater & The Actors Company. Formerly a SAG Agent,and Commercial & Industrial Producer, Sinnett maintains professional affiliations with CSA, AEA, SAG, AFTRA, IMTA, Women in Film, National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Independent Feature Productions West, UCLA TV/Film Advisory Board, Ball State University TV/Film Entertainment Advisory Board and Barbizon International Advisory Board.

Clair authored a two-year TV/Film Acting curriculum presently offered at ICE Conservatory of Acting; Charlotte, NC and the Acting Conservatory Training Center; Toronto, Ontario Canada. Her book ACTORS WORKING: The Actor’s Guide to Marketing Success is used as a textbook at several major universities and available in bookstores nationally. Currently Clair is teaching TV/Film Acting, TV/Film Audition & Commercial Acting workshops as well as Coaching & Career Consulting in Los Angeles.
