These classes are designed for actors who are looking to develop their skills in approaching text. Throughout the course of the ten weeks, we will work on undoing habitual tensions, engaging with breath and developing vocal range, strength and clarity. We will explore finding embodied expression of your text through a series of group exercises and individual coaching.

Whether you’re preparing for a show, working on audition material or just wanting to grow your skills as an actor, the work in this class will provide you with the ability and confidence to approach text.

TUTOR: SAOIRSE GARET
Saoirse Garet is a voice and accent coach from Cork, Ireland. After completing her BA in Theatre and Drama Studies, she went on to complete her MA in Voice Studies: Teaching and Coaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London. She has worked with a range of actors and voice users in both England and Ireland, teaching voice, vocal health, accents, and text.
